Order Tracking:
All orders are shipped via USPS and you can track your package via USPS TRACKING 

Where Do I Find My Tracking:
You should receive an email once your order has been shipped.
If you are unable to locate the email please follow the instructions below:
         1) Sign In To Your Account
         2) Click on the Search Button
         3) Choose the Order ID and scroll to the buttom of the page 

I just placed an order but ordered the wrong item:
Please follow the instructions below:
         1) Send an email to customerservice@tagunder.com
         2) Use subjekt line: URGENT: OrderID (enter your order id ) - Change Order
         3) In the body of the email please describe the issue clearly.
